Spring Cleaning Reminders: 

• Driveways
• Sidewalks and street curbs 
• Mailboxes 
• Eves  
• Houses painting/touch-up, and garage doors
• Weeds
• Grass dying  
• Plants missing or dead
• Roof Algae

Other: 

• Grass must be regularly maintained and in compliance. 
• Garbage cans shouldn’t be left in plain view
• No parking on the grass
• No blocking the sidewalks
• No parking in the streets
• Picking up after your pets 

While guests are welcome to park on the street if there is no space in the driveway, it is strongly recommended that they use designated areas or driveways.

ATTENTION All Homeowners:  ARC requests are required for any exterior color change or modification; that includes driveways.  We have one acceptable concrete stain available at Lowes: HC Concrete Sealer solid Color w/ tint HC210.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you must park your cars/trucks in your driveway, please keep them secure, including your tailgates; lock all doors, tailgates etc.  

WARNING:  Collect your mail daily, otherwise some stranger looking for Stimulus Checks will!!!

Also, Please collect your mail daily, as we just had an incident this morning at 4:00am (December 1, 2019), where a black pick up truck went through the entire neighborhood checking for mail/packages.  Will be reported to Post office, with supporting evidence.  Thank you for your help! 

Here’s the data each Flock Safety device captures:

• Vehicles with license plates, paper plates, or no plates at all
• The color and type of a vehicle (car, truck, motorcycle etc.)
• Objects (pedestrians, bicycles, animals)
• Timestamps and location of captured footage

Flock Safety does not watch your neighborhood. Rather, our device is a security system that captures footage and data that can be shared with police in the event a crime occurs.
